Today is Giving Tuesday. La Leche League -- from each individual group to the headquarters in Schaumburg, Ill. -- is a non-profit organization, providing FREE information and support to breastfeeding mothers around the world. Consider a membership right here with LLL Milwaukee West for yourself or as a gift for a friend or family member. A year-long membership is $25 and ALL the funds go directly to maintaining our Milwaukee West group so we can continue to support mothers. The entire $25 is tax deductible. As leaders, we are volunteers. Membership dues go to paying our groups dues to LLL, purchasing library books for our members to borrow, handouts, photocopies and other very basic expenses.
