Today is Mothers Day. A day set aside to celebrate our moms for all that they have sacrificed for us. I celebrate my mom everyday. I sent my mom a bouquet of 30 tulips in a beautiful vase. She was beyond thrilled. It made my day to know that I still make her proud. I sent out all my happy Mothers Day wishes to the great moms that I call friends. I even received many Mothers Day blessings from many more. Kinda strange to get those, but I gladly accept them. It makes me feel as if my journey as a single parent has been all worthwhile. It makes me smile and fills my heart with joy. Today I continue to do the best I can. Ill take and spend my time with my kids as always. Today we are pool bound with friends and family. The people whom have stood the test of time are by my side, and are the ones whom I hold dearly in my heart. Go out today and spend time with the ones you love. Today and everyday should be cause for celebration.
