Today is a sad day as I said good bye to my companion, co worker, co star and best friend, K-9 Jozi. He was an employee of RAID Corps Inc. and Co Star of the Trutv television show Southern Fried Stings. Jozi was a Drug and Weapon Detection K-9 that spent the majority of his career working the schools of the Horry County School District while representing RAID Corps. Anyone that knew his work ethic and dedication will know that he made a difference with the given task of making children safer and changing lives. This earned him three seasons on the popular truTV show Southern Fried Stings under stage name Nero where he was seen by millions of people across the nation and internationally. Jozi retired from service one year ago after 10 years of service. He passed away peacefully today at the age of 12 after a lingering illness. I was by his side, as he would have been by mine.
