Today is a very exciting, creative day, and its the third day in a row that Ive stopped, taken a moment, and realized that I am happy, for the first time in a very, very long time. Content happy, feeling pretty good about life, feeling pretty good about its uncertainties and challenges, feeling capable, feeling secure in myself, feeling like I can handle whats coming even if it might not be comfortable. Courage is often the art of being the only person who knows youre scared to death, and that kind of courage is what Ive needed to move through the world more often than not.
