Today is all about b r e a t h i n g. Your breathing is so important during exercise. Many times we want to hold our breath and really that only makes it worse. In life your breath is very important as well. It can keep you calm in tense moments, patient is trying times and it helps to ease your mind when its racing with a 100 and 1 thoughts. Today, draw attention to your breath. Right now - Take a big deep breath in through your nose... out through your mouth. Did you do it?
