Today is day 5 of FIVE DAYS OF ART and I want to post not my own work but artworks by artists that have truly inspired me. Firstly, is a graphite portrait of Angelina by Renee at Definite Dexterity. When I first joined FB, Renees page and her portrait of Angelina was the first artist that I discovered and viewed. I remember my jaw dropping to the floor and I still am absolutely floored by Renees extraordinary drawing skills. I have also made friends with Renee and she still is both extremely supportive and humble. Thank you Renee! Secondly, is a gum study from the breathtaking Aire Valley by the very talented Uma Barry Studio Art. Uma is another incredibly supportive artist friend who I met only recently at an art show! I adore Umas fine detail of her numerous gum studies in oils. I have too many favourites! I am so glad I met you Uma, thank you! Last but by no means least, is an absolutely phenomenal colour pencil painting titled Contemplation by Sharonsskow Pencil Art. As Ive recently fell in love with colour pencils, I have come to truly appreciate the skill that Sharon has to complete her breathtaking pencil paintings. I cant thank Sharon enough for the time she has given me in providing feedback, experience and answers! Thank you to you all for taking the time to have a squiz at my FIVE DAYS OF ART. I have enjoyed sharing with you!
