Today is exactly one week from dads blood transfusion and emergency surgery and we are happy to announce that he seems to be doing well. We got tired of eating canned chicken noodle soup yesterday so momma made a big yummy pot of homemade soup with chicken, noodles, carrots and turnip all cooked very well and dad loved it! He ate about 4 bowls! Today were attempting potato salad for him since he really wants a change. Were about to go settle into bed and watch a movie with dad while our potatoes cook! Please continue your prayers, they seem to be working!! Its going to be a looooong 6 weeks! Bol
