Today is going to be an exciting day. It is my last day of work (only 10 hours to go). I will sign my exit papers, turn in my badge and keys on January 8th and officially be retired. No more getting up at 2:30am, 10 or more hours sitting in front of a computer screen. I will miss being with my wonderful work family but Im ready to move on and start enjoying a new life with my husband traveling south to warmer places in the winter. Thanks to everyone who has added memories and so much to me these past 35 years working at Hanford. You will always be in my thoughts. Dont forget me. Adios amigos.
