Today is the 89th anniversary of Mongolias worldwide recognition as an independent country. I am proud to come from a such a beautiful land of the steppe where my ancestor,Genghis Khan, once rode. Even though times demand change for our country, I hope we strive to be the nation and people we once were, a people with discipline, respect, tolerance, integrity, and loyalty. Ill always be the tough harsh skinned, burnt blond haired, simple yurt homed, and herder life-styled boy I once was wherever I go and end up to be. I am a Mongolian. Өнөөдөр Монгол улсын 89 тусгаар тогтнолын ой билээ. Монгол шиг сайхан байгальтай Чингис Хаан өссөн газраас ирсэндээ би бахархалтай. Байдал ба нөхцөл өөрчлөлт шаардаж байгаа ч гэсэн бид хатуужилтай, хүндэтгэлтэй, тэвчээртэй, үнэнч хүмүүс хэвээр байх болтугай. Хаана ч явсан би үргэлж улаан хацартай, түлэгдсэн шар үстэй, арьсан модон гэртэй, малчин амьдралтай балчин хүүхэд дотроо байх болно. Би Монгол хүн.
