Today my upline leader, Erin Fadden Thornton gave me big kudos on my Maurer Power Team page so I thought Id share it here. Not to brag at all, but it was very nice words. Oct 18 is my 3rd anniversary with Clever Container and I can tell you that it hasnt always been easy, most of it has been downright fun, but not always easy. Even though its a challenge at times, I do love challenges and they have really helped me to grow! I still love that Im in charge of my schedule so I have the flexibility to pick up my kids and take them to activities at odd hours of the day, and eventually, I will be making way more money than if I had a random job outside the home. Already its more than minimum wage. I love the people within Clever Container, the owners and all of my team members. Ive made a ton of friends across the country and last but certainly not least, the products are to die for and I love getting them for free! I know there are some of you out there who have expressed an interest in joining, please do so soon! You will be so glad you did! I wanted to stop by and brag on your AWESOME leader Sharon Wade Maurer for just a minute! Im sure many of you realize, or at least I hope you realize what an amazing resource you have in Sharon! As Sharons upline director I have been with her since the beginning, so I can tell you Sharons success, like everyone elses, has NOT come easy! What I can tell you is Sharon is one of the hardest working, most long-lasting driven people this company has ever had! Here is an example, Im not sure if she wants me sharing this but Im going to anyway. This time last month she informed me she had a big 0 for parties this month! Thats right...nada, zilch! Now on the last day of the month her sales are $1,887.00!! I dont know how she figured it out, but she figures it out EVERY MONTH....NO MATTER WHAT!! Up until July, as Directors our min. was $1,000 a month. Whether Sharon was going the rest of the qualifications were lining up within the team or not for Sharon to get paid as a director, she made sure she turned in a minimum of $1,000 a month....EVERY MONTH and still does! Now, I can assure you she is not buying this amount. She has 3 kids in all kinds of sports and she doesnt work another job. She has SO MUCH to offer you! Even if it seems like it wont work, or too simple, to hard, too this or that, too similar to something you have already tried, I encourage you to schedule coaching calls with her. Plan action steps and do them. Just do them. Do them consistently. Do them like you would for any other job, except even better because this is YOUR business! YOU are worth every bit of success that can come with it! I am very proud to be the director of both Sharon Maurer and Brenda Smith and I can not take credit for their successes. They both set up coaching calls with me and made them a priority. I provided the information that had helped me to succeed. They went out and did their action steps. They found success, some based on what I taught them and the rest based on what trial and error and experience taught them! Im so grateful they never gave up! They continue their calls with me as I do with Judy. Together we all strengthen one another, which is good because I dont think becoming millionaires is supposed to be easy, but thats the club we want to join.
