Today, someone died. Not that you care, all you care about right now is that small leak on your roof, that lesson you need to study so badly, the electricity that hasnt come back yet, or waiting on OLFU to confirm that there are no classes (kahit na expired na talaga yung autonomy ng OLFU Val). Im not mad because you cant be sympathetic 24/7 to people who are suffering right now (Im pretty sure Im not always sad everyday, too); thats life. You are not affected, and that is one cruel truth that we have to accept and why Im pretty upset right now: that life goes on even when you want it to pause so badly. So, as you sit comfortably at home, safe in your dorm or as secure as you are with your internet connection still intact, just please, I dont ask much or for you to sympathize fully, just PRAY for the safety of people out there. You may not know that your prayer could be a good thing for some people who really need it, aside from what you could do actively to save a life in this kind of times.
