Today the Diocese of Fall River welcomed a new bishop, Bishop Edgar Da Cunha, who had formerly been auxiliary bishop in Newark, NJ. His installation Mass took place in a packed cathedral of St. Mary on this Feast of Our Lady of Mercy.
