Today was Weigh Day! I had 2 MAJOR goals for today. Goal # 1 was to be able to complete a 2 mile walk. The last time I walked, some 12 days ago, through the knee injury, my mile times were so slow...... even embarrassing to post. They were in the 24 minute range. Today, with Val by my side, I was able to do a mile in 18 minutes. Goal # 2 was to reach the 220s. 2nd goal accomplished. I tipped the scales at 228.4. That is a total weight loss of 28.2 lbs in 5 weeks.
