Today was a double-header! Our first rescue this morning, was Raven from Puyallup. She was a beautiful and sweet cat who was scared up a big cedar tree by the neighbor dog. Raven was so surprised when she saw me climb the tree to rescue her! Shes back inside now, happy and relaxed. Our second rescue today was a very young, scraggly, neglected kitten stuck in a cottonwood tree in Enumclaw. Some employees at Frankies Pizza had heard her cry for help and called the Enumclaw Firefighters L3931, who thankfully gave them our number (more pics of the rescue are posted on their page). The wonderful, caring people that called will be taking care of this young kitty...they just might name her Frankie. Big thanks to the Enumclaw Fire Department/KCFD#28 for their support and referral today!
