Well hat off to my old mate John En Platta Reuben, he in a moment of madness decided to come and spend a week with me in Sweden. John has had a double lung and heart transplant. He has cycled, been to the pub and walked 4 mile home afterwards (up hill), been swimming in a freezing cold lake, used and mastered a Stand Up paddle Surf board, eaten vegetables, stayed at the summerhouse with no running water, electric or loo and not complained! Stacked logs and tomorrow will join me for a long cycle on my tamdem. Top man, I thought I could break him but he has taken it all on the chin! Even when my dog swan in the lake and then decided to join him in bed wet!
