Today was a long and emotion filled day. We are back at rehab and are staying until Friday. There was a bit of a computer glitch this evening and we almost went back to Main. We started the day at 6 am with getting to Main for Hopes biopsy at 7 am. She did great and the took out her broviac and put in a peripheral IV just in case. We got to recovery and spent a while there. Hope ate 2 Popsicles and drank a ton of juice. We then headed upstairs for her echo where we met Lindsey Kay Allgeier and her husband...awesome people and Lindsey had a trasplant 13 years ago. After the echo we met with Dr. Boyle who picked the perfect heart for our little girl. I know he was amazed at how well she us doing. I brought tge best nurses in the world some presents and Hope walked around and passed out the bags. Then we had some fun with LaVonne Shumar Dougherty and Micah and visited with Calla Frere and Maxine Frere and Lydia Frere. Hope loves her friends at Main and we miss them so much. We finally made it back to rehab around 4 and Hope ate some McDonalds. A long day and no results yet...probably because she was lost in computer land all day. Thank you all for the prayers.
