Today was an exceptional day in church for me. I really could relate to what our pastor Jason Spears was trying to explain. I felt it from within as he talked about the cripple who begged outside the Temple of Beautiful. He was healed, he was given the ability to walk. AS many of struggle through life wanting for things we do not have, we need to take time to realize how much we do have and that it is time to stand alone and be accountable to the Lord for what we DO have. I have been on every level of highs and lows in my life. In my lowest time it was my faith and those who cared about me. Those who at some point knew my pitfalls and believed in me and knew I could get back on my feet again. I told myself that if I fail it is my fault, if I achieve it is because I did it myself. I want you to know Jason Spears, not only did you make me realize that I have come a long way from a year ago of being homeless, penny less and jobless that I would rise. I have!!! Thank you so much today for your ministering, your powerful expressions of The Word and most of all, THE HUG YOU GAVE ME TODAY!!! Felt great to know I was noticed..
