Today was great, mixed things up a tad. Decided to hit some volume training for back. Went like this.. *Warmup-Straight bar pulldown (excellent exercise is preformed correctly) 3sets get some blood in the muscle. *close grip t-bar pulldowns 4 working sets last set being a heavy drop - super set between every set with assisted chins. *Smithy rows 4 heavy sets 10/8reps superset with assisted chins. *Dumbell rows 3 sets 12reps super set with assisted chins. (By this point I was only blasting out 6 maybe 7 chins) *Cable rows 3sets (again in between set was a set of chins..to failuer, was failing on 4 reps or there abouts) *back to straight bar pull downs 2sets TUT failure. Needless to say iv not had a pump like this for some time. All in 50mins or so. Keep the tempo high. Intensity came with 100% #ChallengeYourSelf Eat. Recovery. Rebuild.
