Today was hard but busy! I woke up thinking of Dave and cried. He would have turned 65 today but if he were still alive I would still be in Ohio. God knew Daves work on earth was done and took him home to be with Him in 2010. He also knew that Id be needed here for family. Rachelle has major back surgery on November 10th. Please pray for a successful surgery and recovery. I will be spending a lot of time with her 3 children and helping at the house. I went to Grace Colleges Chapel this morning because Pastor Randy Smith, who led an Israel trip I went on a few years ago, was speaking. It was great to hear him speak and see the enthusiasm for God that the Grace students have this year. I did some other things for me before I went and watched the grandsons for a few hours. One special thing that happened was that Rachelle bought Shelly a new Bible today . Andy will have supper with me and spend the evening. Rob called and talked to me from France. Can hardly wait to see them, especially Cami, in December! It will have been 13 months since Ive seen them. Im thankful for the many happy memories I have with Dave and our ministry together. God is GOOD all the time and knows what is best! Im SO thankful I have a God who is with me all the time! Thank you all for praying for me today. I appreciate it so much.
