Today was rough. Really really rough. There was no one thing, but a lot just either blew up, crumbled, or just was beyond my control. Everyone has bad days, Im going to just chalk it up to that. I had my two or three mini nuke downs, had myself a good old fashioned cry it out, and exercised my deep breathing. I am going to try and snag a solid six hours, and Im going to enjoy myself tomorrow morning at least.
