Today you can see 720 members of the Royal Marines Corps Family exercising the privilege of marching through the City of London with bayonets fixed, drums beating and Colours flying. The parade, part of the Royal Marines 350th anniversary celebrations, will be made up of approximately 110 Royal Marines Cadets, 110 members of the Royal Marines Association and 500 serving Royal Marines, including reservists. The parade will set off from the Honourable Artillery Company at 12:00 marching South down City Road before saluting the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman C F Woolf CBE, at Mansion House (at approx 12.10pm), and finishing at the Guildhall. In addition there are a series of displays of Royal Marines, their vehicles and kit in Aldemanbury Street (next to the Guildhall) from 9am to 5pm.
