Todays Bible reading comes from Romans 9:20 and Job 10:10 As I am reading my Bible Study from Bible, I have to stop and ask myself a couple of questions. But before I ask them and I am sure everyone that reads this has asked them a few times too .... Think about what you doing in retrospect, because I never have, but will be doing it from now on. 1) Ever ask yourself why You are who you are? Why you dont look like Someone else? Why you dont have enough money to buy the things that you want ... Like a new Car or whatever the case may be? Or like I ask myself every day Why do I have so many mental and physical problems that sometimes I dont think I can make it through a day? Well the study I am doing entitled What on Earth am I here for? Says that When you say, “God, there are things I don’t like about myself. I wish I had different hair or a different color of skin. I wish I were taller, shorter, skinnier. I wish I had more talent. I wish I could do ‘that.’ I wish I looked like him. I wish I had her smarts” and on and on. This kind of thinking is basically telling God, “You blew it! Everybody else is OK. But you goofed up big when you made me.” The Bible in Romans 9:20 says But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’ ” Why are we complaining about things that we dont like about ourselves, our situations, our circumstance ... God knows that you are there and that GOD has formed you the way GOD has formed you ... It doesnt say that GOD formed you the way that you want to be. Next time you want to complain about something you dont like ... think about what you are doing ... Your saying to GOD basically ... GOD you dont know what your doing ... I want to be in control! Stop complaining and start living .... GOD made you in his imagine, not the other way around. Sorry about this post being so long, but I cant be short when I am writing about GOD and what HE is telling me that I believe everyone needs to here.
