Justins exercise of the day! Corn cob pull-ups: Note - this is an intermediate exercise that is meant for individuals who can already do standard pull-ups. From the bottom use your back to pull yourself up to the top. Then slide yourself to the right and then left before returning back to center and lowering again. Control is the name of the game here, folks. NO KIPPING!!! Dont forget to control the downward motion of the movement as well! 3-4 sets of maximum reps. Good luck! One final note - notice that my back initiates the pull-up NOT my arms. This is not a primary arm exercise, it is a back movement. THINK back!
