Todays Harwich Police Activity is brought to you courtesy of Sundays 4-12 shift... At 430pm, Patrol Sergeants Adam Hutton and Bob Brackett placed Christopher Vagenas, age 46 of Harwich, under arrest for Violation of a Restraining Order. At 733pm, Patrol Sergeant Bob Brackett arrested Lukas Ellis, age 25 of Harwich for: Possession of Heroin and Receiving Stolen Property. At 800pm, Patrol Officer Derek Dutra arrested George Lavoie, age 40 of Orleans for Felony Larceny and Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of an on-going investigation by Officer Dutra into theft at a local store. At 1050pm, Patrol Sergeant Adam Hutton and Patrol Officer Derek Dutra arrested Amanda St Pierre, age 24 of Malden for OUI and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
