A heartwarming inspirational story: Making a difference in people’s lives is what we are all about at Maidpro. There is no better example of that than the extraordinary effort put forth by 3 of our excellent Pros. We had a very unique client who was suffering from postpartum depression and to add to the stress in her life, her husband was deployed overseas. She had become overwhelmed between caring for her children on her own and her everyday household duties. It took all her energy and strength to focus on her children. We received a phone call from her mother desperately seeking help for her daughter. She was pleading with us as she explained just how dire things had become. Several different agencies had been called concerning the condition of the home and we were their only hope. We explained we would do the best we could to help her. We sent one of our best Pros to the home. The Pro assessed the situation and then called into the office. She explained that the situation was well beyond our realm of cleaning, but she expressed the desire to stay and help the young woman. Upon hearing of the extreme situation, we sent another Pro and then finally a third. They worked diligently for over 8 hours helping this client bring her home back to a safe and clean condition. Afterwards, the customer called in and said “I cant thank you enough for the help your team provided today. Chelsea, Bobby & Monet were all so understanding and helpful. Just a fantastic job. Not once did they make me feel like I was being judged about the condition of my home and I appreciate that so much. They just wanted to get in there help me get back on track.” She also set up monthly service and our Pro agreed to continue to help the client as much as possible. Her mother expressed her gratitude and appreciation for all that we had done to help her daughter as well. These cleaners made a difference in this young woman’s life. They went well above and beyond what anyone could have asked of them. They did this with a smile, warm heart, and nonjudgmental attitude that surely will never be forgotten by our client. This IS our goal at Maidpro: impacting lives in a positive and unforgettable manner! We want to reconigize Chelsea, Bobby, and Monet for this inspirational story. You have inspired us all and reminded each of us: that every day is an opportunity to completely make a difference in someone’s life!
