Todays Pitty Pay it Forward is Project Blue Collar - Support the Underdog projectbluecollar. Our Mayday alumni Calista the Pit Bull and Sammy & Delilah are Project Blue Collar dogs acting as ambassadors for rescue dogs! Project Blue Collar aims to publicly identify and celebrate the rescue dog. Our Blue Collar is a symbol of our movement to change the perception of shelter dogs from being damaged to being priceless. The Blue Collar is a way to share stories of how an underdog became a hero. It’s a chance to educate and inspire others to give shelter dogs a chance. Every time someone sees a dog wearing the Blue Collar, a conversation is started and change begins to happen, one dog at a time. So many shelter dogs are pit bulls.
