Todays Rebel Post. The game yesterday was disappointing for us all. We would be less than truthful to not acknowledge that fact. However, the sun did rise again this morning. We are thankful for a great season, the opportunity to spend time with yall and very thankful that the injuries sustained yesterday were not life threatening. Although, I will admit my heart sank when Robert and Laremy went to the turf. Again, I will remind you that in football there will always be disappointments, just as there will be in life. As excited as we were to be with all of you yesterday, there was also disappointment as we were reminded of all of Parks dreams and the empty spot we saw in the walk and during the game. I also will remind you there is so much to life outside of football and when you face the disappointments of life, there is only one that you can turn to. Our heavenly Father understands our disappointment, suffering, pain, fear, and doubt. He is always there to encourage our hearts and help us understand that Hes sufficient for all of our needs. When I accepted this as an absolute truth in my life, I found that my worrying stopped. Charles Stanley
