Todays adoption story is from me. Its a #tbt story about my Finnegan. 3 yrs ago..... Finnegans life started in a colony until he got very sick. His colony caretaker, a wonderful friend Diana, saw how sick he was, trapped him and brought him to the shelter where I volunteer. They saved his life there as he got very, very sick. So thank you to both Diana and the MCSPCA for saving my amazing Finnegan! I met him as a socializer at the MCSPCA when Diana asked me to check in on this sweet kitty. His name then was Shiloh and boy was he shy! He did not want to be looked at, touched or petted. He did however love treats and that was my way in. After working with him for weeks and weeks our bond was sealed. He wanted to be adopted by no one else, but me. This was never my intention as I had three kitties at home, but as my wise friend Perri told me you have to have an even number Sally! Who could argue with that logic. So the paperwork was signed, the husband stopped grumbling and Finnegan came home. He was the perfect fit for my furry family and I truly cant imagine life without him. He is so happy, so full of joy every day! So, thank you Diana, the MCSPCA, Perri and my hubby for helping Finnegan join our family! >^..^
