Todays daily nation# Plans by a State corporation to build a power sub-station to boost electricity supply in Kitale Town could take longer after Governor Patrick Khaemba moved to court seeking its relocation. Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Ltd (Ketraco) is expected to construct a 143 KVA power sub-station on a 20-acre plot near the Governor’s Naisambu home. But Mr Khaemba (wants the High Court in Kitale to compel the power company relocate, citing health hazards. Somebody tell Khaemba that there is no Health hazards there, its a scheme to deny our youth source of employment to our youth. we are reading mischieve on this. we understand the area Mp wants it in Kiminini to benefit his people,somebody tell Khaemba we in Naisambu are against his ethnocentric plans.The power station is in naisambu to stay
