Todays fun: Hams, glutes, back, and core 1) Conventional deadlifts 2a) Straight(er) leg deadlifts 2b) Chin-ups 3a) Hip lift w/single leg abduction/adduction 3b) Pull-ups 4a) Glute hamstring raises 4b) Single arm bent-over row 5a) Hollow body hold 5b) Hip lift (but w/glutes deactivated so low back is doing the work) I have only started doing the straighter leg deadlifts as of late. Notice how I am driving back with my hips and am keeping my shins vertical, rather than squatting the weight down and rounding my back. If I am being picky, I moved my knees a bit more than I would have liked on the initial part of the descent.
