Todays workout is about upper body and core (I am assuming you are doing a running program, but if you are wanting a running program to follow I could do that too). Two exercises. 3 rounds. 10 reps per exercise as fast as you can in good form. PliƩ squats with wide upright rows (hold arms out from body). 10 push ups (your choice of style) Next set, same format as above (all two exercise combinations will be). Hold a narrow squat for a count of ten 10 squat jumps (or squats) Next set: Pike push up Burpees Next set: Plank Hip dip plank Next set: Skaters Forward raises Next set: Sumo jacks (or pliƩ jacks) Lunges with bicep curls
