Today’s agenda: Head to the doctor to check out a minor post-op complication, then pack up my stuff and move from my parents’ house back to my own home. Im not sure this is going to be a lasting return home, given that I still cant sleep in a bed. But I’d like to try. It might make life feel a bit more normal. The most difficult part about it will be spending the days alone, rather than spending them with my mother, Mary, who has been the absolute BEST mom in the entire world, taking care of me day and night. I don’t even have the words to thank her.
