Refrigerate for several hours. Filling: Beat eggs slightly. Combine sugar,coffee and salt. Mix with eggs. Beat well. Add melted butter and vanilla. Mini muffin tins, line with pastry dough, put in some pecans, add filling 3/4 full. Bake 350 degrees, 20 minutes or until set.
