Tommy Boy here... I have got to give a HUGE shout out to all my nooners today!!!!! Biggest class Ive ever seen at noon and you guys all ROCKED! Our Founder Matt Bouback would be so proud of you all as much as Crystal Soltow and I are. Everyone was taken out of their comfort zone and partnered with new people. This was WAY different and I want to just tell all our veteran PCFers how proud I am of each and every one of you. You showed our new family members how to feel at home, right where they belong. Honestly, I could feel the power and energy that each and every one of you gave! This is why I LOVE this place, this is why we say we are PCF Strong! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE remember to take the time and stretch a little tonight. Your body needs it as well as lots of water. So heres the deal...If school is cancelled on Friday AND I get 20 people that post that they will work out at Noon on Friday (tomorrow), I WILL INTRODUCE YOU ALL TO FUNKY FRIDAY! This is NOT to be taken lightly. Funky Friday is not for just anyone, its got to be earned. Its a big IF but lets see what will happen. Otherwise, I will open the gym if anyone wants to come in for a small group on your own. Once again, THAT WAS AWESOME! Thanks for making it happen, Have a great night!!!
