Tomorrow Ill be calling for a hearing on federal budget cuts to HIV care and prevention services in San Francisco and how we can address these cuts - estimated at $2.7 million for the coming year - in our local city budget. Ive worked with the community over the past three years to backfill in our city budget around $20 million in federal HIV cuts.
