Tomorrow, Im flying to Virginia for the 38th Annual Virginia State Frisbee Tournament. This will be my 3rd year in a row and I am so excited! Not only do I get to play DDC with my buddy Chuk but I will also be interviewing Hall of Famer Jim Palmeri. Not only did Jim invent DDC but he is also credited with launching disc golf as a competitive sport. His PDGA # is 23! I have many questions to ask Jim and in particular we will be talking about the origins of the flying disc and how it came to be called a frisbee. Finally, Im also going to be speaking to around 500 students at Hartwood Elementary School. Thank you Sandy for setting that up and being able to help me out!
