Tomorrows Easter Dinner at the Sumpters will be a true joint effort. I have been so busy with Dad at the hospital this week, I met myself coming and going. My precious family has jumped in to help me get this together. Matt came over and cleaned up the garage for the cookout. Garrett spent the night last night, cleaned the bathrooms for me and ran the sweeper...he and I had washed the windows Saturday. Mindy has been a Godsend this week from doing laundry to doing my grocery shopping and even counting out the candy for the bunny trails...besides baking me chocolate chip cookies for comfort food......tonight Marlee, Dylan , Keagan and Garrett came to spend the night and help me finish up. Marlee and I made the fruit salad, a couple of pies, and the carmel apple cake. She will be here to help me finish up with the mac and cheese and the cheesy potatoes. I am so grateful for all the help...having them all rally around me makes me feel safe and loved.
