Walmer Township - 30 November 2014. We were called over by a woman who said she has a very vicious dog and we must please come and look. Well this is what we found. We were horrified. This dog is confined this way the entire day :-( Sleeping and eating in his own excrement. The smell is horrific. She says she has phoned AWS 3 times to come and take the dog because when he is loose he kills the peoples chickens and she has to keep paying up. She says she loves her dog thats why she called us to help because she hates him living like this. We would rather reserve comment on this one. We needed a muzzle and a strong leash so we will be going back in again this afternoon to remove the dog.
