Tonight, December 16, our students will be celebrating our Lords birth through their gift of song and, as a community, we will be there to support the work they have done preparing for this big night. As a school family, we have the opportunity to share Christs love. Tonight, I am asking everyone in our St. Michael School family to donate whatever they can afford to help the victims of the recent fires in Augusta. Between the two most recent fires, 32 men, women and children have been displaced and lost quite literally everything. As a school, St. Michael has always been a beacon of hope for those less fortunate and once again we have an opportunity to help. Our 7th grade students will be at both performances collecting money for the victims of the fires. We have a goal of raising $100 per victim ($3200.00) so that through whatever we are able to do for these people, they might be able to, in a spirit of giving, celebrate Christs love. We are so blessed to have all of you as part of our family. Without your love and support we could not accomplish our mission of modeling our faith in our community.
