Tonight Mark Healey of Plega Sports Psychology will be attending our Girls Centre of Excellence to host a Psychology Workshop. Mark will be hosting two workshops, one for the U11s and U13s and one for the U15s and U17s. The main topics of discussion for evening will be ‘Supportive Communication’ and ‘Positive Body Language’ and the impacts they can have on performances. The evening will also consist of some team building exercises to really get the girls thinking and considering some of the less physical parts of the game. Remember Sport is played with the mind as well as the Body!
