Tonight and tomorrow morning at C-Velo: Get some great intervals to develop/maintain your high end aerobic capacity: 4 x 2min at 130-140% of FTP with 1min rest 8min recovery after these sets 4 x 3min over under intervals - Under is just under threshold for 2min with 1min at 110% of FTP. 3min rest in between. Boot Camp on Wednesday night: 5 sets of 3 x 40-30-20sec sprints with off bike pull exercises with descending repetitions of 15-12-10. Alternate bike sprints with TRX in a continuous circuit with little to no recovery. 2min rest after each total set. Exercises all on TRX suspension trainer Set 1: One arm power pulls - Right arm Set 2: One arm power pulls - left arm Set 3: Standing roll out Set 4: Low pull row Set 5: Standing bicep curl Great supplements to your outdoor riding!!!!
