Tonight has been a fantastic night in so many ways :) At 6pm, I had wanted to surprise Rufus Gibson by going to his class since I havent done that in a while. This has been my first time doing Zumba in a week so the energy was definitely there. He let me lead a routine with the song Ive been doing Disclosure and even though the phone cut the song here and there, I wasnt going to let that stop me and the people dancing along. So I sung (no worries, Im keeping my day job lol). Lynn Gonzales has the video up....thank you for that :) Afterwards, I went to see Maria Vargas as she is mentoring me. She told me what I needed to do and tomorrow I will start working this :). I want to do the very best here and Im in good hands with her showing me what I need to do. I stuck around afterwards for her class and that was fun :). No rain was gonna stop us :) Beginning tomorrow at my gym where I live, Im going to practice every day for an hour or so. I want to add new songs into this (gotta add the Latin) but I hope to be on this road and grab that audition somewhere to finally get on the journey to help everyone :) Oh...day 6 got the 1:20 on the plank at Rufus class :). It wasnt that easy especially that we did Zumba THEN the plank. I got my time in but this one lady next to me made it for 2 1/2 minutes. And she looked like she was in her mid 50s or something. God bless her :) This was a great night in that it was so productive. I missed not doing Zumba for a week. Now its time to do this journey. Rhode Island/Massachusetts.....IM COMING FOR YA!!! :)
