Tonight on a conference call, one of my pregnant friends (popping next week with her 3rd child) spoke about how this pregnancy has been completely different than her others. She is 40 lbs lighter (at 39 weeks) and has not had the severe joint pain she experienced in prior pregnancies. Shes even been able to workout the entire time! The only thing she did differently was upgrade her nutrition. So grateful she said yes. #lifechanging
