Tonight...something beautifully amazing happened. I got a video of Will...my non-verbal son...TALKING!!! He is in the tub so I wont share that specific video but he is saying the Brown Bear book...naming all the animals AND their colors! I have FELT that he was on the cusp of talking...and he is proving me right. Will works every day of his life to do things that most people do without thinking twice. Walking into Target is a huge challenge for him, but he does it anyway. Nothing comes easily to him but he works. He tries. And he overcomes. My son is my hero.
