Tonights Panelist: Barbara Anne Gardenhire-Mills Lender Relations Specialist/WBOR at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Barbara Anne Gardenhire-Mills is a seasoned community and economic development and relations professional with over two decades of experience in communications, marketing, new business development, program development and administration, fundraising/resource development, and internal & external partnership formation. She currently serves as Lender Relations Specialist and Women’s Business Office Representative for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Philadelphia District Office. Prior to the SBA she held several executive and leadership-level positions in the non-profit and for-profit arenas, most recently served as Director of Lending & Training for the Women’s Opportunities Resource Center (WORC) in Philadelphia. A passionate trainer and instructional designer with significant organizational development, community and corporate education experience, Barbara Anne is a member of the regional and national chapters of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and several other area professional organizations and societies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Honors from Rowan University and numerous continuing education and professional development certifications. She currently resides with husband Joe and son Colin in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
