Tony Romo- A source said quarterback Tony Romo suffered bruised ribs in the victory over the New York Giants but it will not keep him from playing against Kansas City. An X-ray that Romo received Monday morning showed that he did injure the ribs when he was sandwiched between New York’s Mathias Kiwanuka and Justin Trattou late in the first half of Sunday night’s game. But a source said it was not serious enough to prevent him from playing against the Chiefs in six days. Romo returned and played the entire second half. Dez Bryant- Dez Bryant suffered a sprained left foot late in the fourth quarter Sunday against the New York Giants. Bryant wasn’t in a walking boot Monday at Valley Ranch. He was able to finish Sunday’s game.“We don’t think it’s a too, too serious thing,” Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said Monday. “We’ve just got to see the extent of the injury.” Morris Claiborne- Morris Claiborne suffered a dislocated shoulder in the win over the New York Giants but should play against Kansas City, a source said. The cornerback suffered the injury in the third quarter of Sunday night’s game. He left the field for several plays and had the shoulder put back in place by Dr. Dan Cooper, one of the team’s physicians. He returned and finished the game. Anthony Spencer- Spencer wasn’t making any predictions on when he would return to practice. The 29-year-old suffered a setback last weekend when he experienced swelling in his left knee. If the swelling doesn’t return, Spencer will have a chance to practice and then possibly play. “Just see how it is on Tuesday and go from there,” he said.
