Offerring the following choices (in individual/platter): 1. *Skinny Eggplant Rollatini stuffed with goat cheese and baby spinach in a fresh marinara sauce - $18 indiv / $80 platter (5 servings) 2. *Turkey burgers with feta and scallions - $18 indiv (2 burgers) / $80 platter (5 servings - 10 burgers) 3. *Ground Lamb Stew with chickpeas, carrots, and sweet peas - $24 indiv / $100 platter (5 servings) * Served with Israeli salad 4. Israeli Salad - Platter only available - $60. Prepared by hand; no food processor is used. Platter lasts for almost one week.
