Took Lola for a long walk tonight. We went to the high school on the edge of town and let her run off-leash, through the football field, the soccer pitch next door and ball diamonds. We went passed the hospital and found ourselves in the Kamsack berry orchard and wildlife conservation area. Glad I had her back on her leash because she spotted a rabbit and darn near pulled my arm out of its socket! It was a nice walk, got home past sundown and you could hear the coyotes off in the distance. Good thing too... Lola would have gone after them too!
