Topic Request - I have suffered with depression and anxiety issues for most of my life. Lately things have gotten bad and I have an appointment soon at a mental health hospital because I cannot seem to cope. But in all this i cannot seem to concentrate. I am supposed to be doing a course at college and need to study but my anxiety is stopping me and I just cannot face it. I dont know what to do. I am so scared I dont know how to start at fear of failing or even trying. I cannot seem to get into things. Has anyone ever been in this situation and what has helped?
