Totally understand the openness of addressing the Black issue in Eastern Europe. In 2013 I attended an international leadership summit and evening ball with my daughter that included a formal dinner at the Ukrainian Ambassadors residence in Washington, D.C. Being the only individuals of color in the room and not in the oil or international world politics arena my daughter felt a little out of place, but being the father that I am representing BEMA I informed her that I got this. She fully enjoyed the event and conversation with our host and hostess on current events, and her major in college (nursing at the time).
